Delivery is exclusively by postal service. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components. There is no minimum order value for shippable goods. Postage and shipping costs are calculated per package. In addition to the prices indicated, we charge flat rates for delivery within Germany and to other countries as listed in the table below. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The shipping flat rate includes statutory value-added tax. Since the value-added tax on the shipping flat rate depends on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the shipping flat rate can only be finally calculated as part of the ordering process. However, it can only be lower, not higher, to your advantage. Customs processing fees as well as the respective VAT and customs duties applicable in the destination country will be charged to the recipient by the respective customs authority.

Orders from Germany with a value of goods of €120.00 or more and orders from the EU with a value of goods of €250.00 or more are eligible for free shipping. The value of goods is determined by the value of the ordered and deliverable goods, minus any credits or vouchers granted.

Please only accept an undamaged package from the carrier. If you receive an already opened or damaged package, you tacitly confirm the proper delivery. This extinguishes any possibility of compensation!
